Complex and LiveXLive will distribute the digital broadcast of the main-stage performances including numerous multi-platinum acts such as Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, Ariana Grande, Maroon 5, Avicii, Fergie, Hollywood Vampires, Charlie Puth, among others.

Additional components offered to viewers include highlight clips, video on demand access, and use of LiveXLive’s exclusive behind the scenes content, which will be promoted across the entire Complex network with over 300 million video views each month.

“With Complex’s ability to reach and resonate with a massive millennial audience, this partnership is a significant step toward building a global audience not only around our premium festival content but also for the LiveXLive brand and network as a whole,” said Robert Ellin, LiveXLive Founder and Chairmen. “Complex is one of the most engaged outlets with millennials, and this is just one of many strategic announcements we look to make with them as we continue to build the LiveXLive following globally.”

All five days of coverage can be seen on LiveXlive.com and Complex.com May 19-20 and May 27-29.

LiveXLive is slated to launch their widely anticipated mobile application in late 2016. In advance of this launch, the company will continue to rapidly expand their premium content acquisition, creation, and distribution to become the first independent global music and lifestyle network.
